Suitcase Interactive became aware of Pattison’s need for a superior web presence through their Director of Marketing. Suitcase had previously carried out various brand enhancements for Pattison, who subsequently asked Suitcase to redevelop their site to reflect these upgrades.

Pattison had been receiving feedback indicating that it was difficult to locate content on their website. So in addition to the challenge of enhancing Pattison’s overall online brand image, Suitcase was given the challenge of providing an organized and exciting user experience.

Suitcase started by reworking the Information Architecture of the Pattison Outdoor site based on research of their target demographic. This was followed by creating a new visual representation of the Pattison brand in the form of graphical concepts. Brought together in a user-oriented environment, the Pattison site sets the standard for all who will follow.
