Account Manager

  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Operate as the primary client contact
    • Contribute to strategic and tactical planning sessions
    • Set realistic client expectations and make every effort to exceed them, providing quality work in a timely manner
    • Responsible for overseeing all presentation and communication on assigned accounts
    • Provide weekly project status reports and create and help manage project schedules (client and internal)
    • Accountable for growing existing business and organic growth
    • Track and manage resources to maintain profitability on assigned accounts
    • Budget/invoice tracking analysis
    • Final approval on all supplier relationships and program costs
    • Facilitate program post-mortem meetings
    • Write and present interim and final reports
    • Document writing (e.g. program schedules, meeting agendas, initial weekly status report template, interim report/final report)
    • Responsible for the collection of past due Account Receivables
  • Primary Expectations:
    • Meet or surpass pre-determined annual business targets with existing Suitcase clients
    • Build a relationship of trust and respect with your clients
    • Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded on each project

Web Designer

Responsibilities will include assisting all web design, layout and usability design.

  • Job Description:
    • Prototype projects and perform proof-of-concept development.
    • Interface design, including look and feel, navigation systems, page flow logic, etc.
    • Solid understanding of HTML and graphic design, including use of Illustrator, Photoshop.
    • DHTML/JavaScript a plus.
    • Knowledge of XML/XSL is a big plus.

We are looking for a self motivated web developer with strong inter-personal skills. Responsibilities will include the creation of data base driven web applications.

  • Job Description:
    • Experience in PHP, Java Script, SQL Server, Oracle, and My SQL. ASP, ASP.net, and JSP a plus
    • Good documentation skills
    • Ability to analyse clients functional requirements with an attention to detail and a commitment to quality
    • Ability to plan work and deliver in a team environment
    • Professional and eager to learn and apply new technologies to suit the business needs
